I don't mention this as an introduction to an exposition on eugenics, bioethics, or anything of that nature... I simply saw the following headline, chuckled, and nodded my head: "Stupidity should be cured, says DNA discoverer." I think the same thing whenver I drive on the roads for more than ten minutes.
